Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records about the works.

  • Review all construction drawings and specifications, method statement, material submission for approval.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project and Business Development Departments in preparing fee proposals and commercial bids to secure new projects and clients.

  • Provide preliminary construction cost estimates (CAPEX) and feasibility input upon client request.

To develop new clientele and build up the follow up database.
To introduce company to the potential client.
To prepare tender proposal when invited by Client.

To control and coordinate site HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environmental) management work of General Contractor and all vendors.
To finish related HSSE document of site independently and compile safety plan process/emergency procedures/rectification notice/accident investigation/safety weekly and monthly reports, etc.
To execute daily check work of HSSE and put forward suggestion of safety hidden trouble.

To coordinate with Operation Director for collecting/translating/file related document.
To translate project outgoing document according to need.
To be assigned by Operation Director to go to construction on-site for project management work with Project Manager.

Assist the project manager to achieve project control goals.
Familiar with mechanical and electrical technical specification, contract requirements, and review of construction drawings.
Review material sample.

Assist the project manager to achieve project total control goals.
Familiar with construction technical specification, contract requirements, review the construction drawings.
Review material sample.

Be responsible for project quantities measurement, auditing and cost estimation in the construction project.
Prepare project tendering plan and carry out relevant work in the tendering process accordingly.
Prepare tender documents in each bidding stage, including tender addendum, preparation of contract, and bid scoring sheet.

Reporting to Operation Director.
To lead Contract Engineer on cost / tender / contract management for all projects.
To establish and improve tender / costing / control system.

Assist OD to conduct operation management.
Monitor several projects, manage the project quality, schedule, cost and EHS during whole process; ensure the regulatory compliance, time schedule, quality, profit and customer satisfaction.
Implement company policies throughout the project.
