Contract Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Operation Director.
  • To lead Contract Engineer on cost / tender / contract management for all projects.
  • To establish and improve tender / costing / control system.
  • To supervise the contract engineer work on arranging the tendering work accordingly to the project schedule provided by Project Manager.
  • To audit and supervise the tender process, track and implement the status of contract signing and implementation.
  • To review the work done by Contract Engineers in order to ensure its accuracy, integrity and specification.
  • Ensure each project is delivered within the budget .
  • Support Project Manager and Project Director in every important Business and Clause Negotiation.
  • Direct and manage the Contract Engineers work according to specific procedure, and maximize effort on maintaining project profitability.
  • Inspire the Contract Engineers to work harder in order to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Complete other work assigned by Operation Director.

 

Requirement:

  • Civil / Construction Economy / M&E Engineering bachelor degree or above.
  • At least 10 years experiences. 5 years working experiences in foreign owned engineering / project management company is preferred. Overseas applicants are welcomed but must have at least 3 years China working experiences.
  • Be familiar with the knowledge of Project Management, Contract Management, budget & Costing, Tender Management and documentation.
  • Certificate of Registered Estimate Engineer is preferred.
  • Strong ability on language and writing is preferred.
  • Familiar at Auto CAD,Project ,MS office.
  • Good English/Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
  • Honest, high sense of responsibility, well organized with teamwork spirit and sense of confidentiality.
