M&E Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager to achieve project total control goals.
• Familiar with Mechanical and electrical technical specification, contract requirements, review the construction drawings.
• Review material sample.
• Review construction scheme.
• Check the resources devoted circumstance.
• Strict process control.
• Accurate and complete records construction log.
• Collect completion data.
• Professional working summary.
• Responsible for defect rectification.
• The complete other work assigned.

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree or above with major in Electrical/hvac/water supply.
• Above 5 years in Project management experience,Working experience in foreign company is preferred.
• Good team work spirit,Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good at MS office and AutoCAD,Project.
• Strong written and oral English is preferred.
• Has the mechanical and electrical design background is preferred.
• Be Willing to be dispatched to work in other cities (not only Shanghai, Jiang Su, Zhe Jiang).
