Safety Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To control and coordinate site HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environmental) management work of General Contractor and all vendors.
• To finish related HSSE document of site independently and compile safety plan process/emergency procedures/rectification notice/accident investigation/safety weekly and monthly reports, etc.
• To execute daily check work of HSSE and put forward suggestion of safety hidden trouble.
• To organize weekly HSSE inspection and meeting.
• To coordinate site supervision and safety work of contractor and attend site safety supervision meeting including site inspection.
• To ensure works are done according to operation manual.
• To complete other work assigned by superior and report to Project Manager.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/ Construction/ Building/ Safety related field.
• Minimum 5 year experience as Health Safety Engineer, having working experience with international consultancy firm is preferred.
• Knowledge on site material storage and safety management work.
• Having safety officer or engineer certificate is preferred.
• Familiar with MS Office and Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• High responsibility, team player, strong people management skills and leadership skills.
• Be Willing to be dispatched to work in other cities (not only Shanghai, Jiang Su, Zhe Jiang).
