Project Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate with Operation Director for collecting/translating/file related document.
  • To translate project outgoing document according to need.
  • To be assigned by Operation Director to go to construction on-site for project management work with Project Manager.
  • To compile and translate outgoing document of project bidding process for supporting contract department.
  • To compile and translate all contracts.
  • To coordinate with office employee for document translation.
  • To report all work to Operation Director.
  • To complete any others task designated by Superior.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above with major in English, Tem 8 level.
  • 1 year or above related experience is preferred.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft.
  • Honesty, Good teamwork spirit, patience , excellent communication and responding skills.
  • Strong ability of planning and executing, high sense of responsibility and ambition.
