Project Assistant
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate with Operation Director for collecting/translating/file related document.
- To translate project outgoing document according to need.
- To be assigned by Operation Director to go to construction on-site for project management work with Project Manager.
- To compile and translate outgoing document of project bidding process for supporting contract department.
- To compile and translate all contracts.
- To coordinate with office employee for document translation.
- To report all work to Operation Director.
- To complete any others task designated by Superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in English, Tem 8 level.
- 1 year or above related experience is preferred.
- Be familiar with Microsoft.
- Honesty, Good teamwork spirit, patience , excellent communication and responding skills.
- Strong ability of planning and executing, high sense of responsibility and ambition.
