Take the full responsibilities for the whole stages of project from project start-up to close-down i.e. control the project on all aspects with no accident，high quality,on schedule and under the cost budget and to secure the satisfaction from the client.
As the key person in the project, is the communication center of the project team and the external parties, need to lead the project team to complete project.
Work out the PQP and get PD’s approval at project start-up stage, monitor the project team to execute the approved plan strictly.
